Billing & Payments

Members will be billed monthly for the full subscription amount, based on their selected plan.
A valid credit card must be kept on file for ongoing billing and delivery authorization.
Payments must be received no later than 48 hours prior to any scheduled delivery.
Any additional arrangements outside of your selected plan will be billed at full retail pricing unless your plan is formally updated in advance.

Delivery

A delivery fee is applied based on location and subscription tier.
Deliveries occur based on your selected frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly).
Specific delivery timeframes may be accommodated but are not guaranteed.
If delivery cannot be completed due to address issues, access restrictions, or unavailability, a redelivery fee may apply.

On-Site Setup

On-site setup may be required for Grand size arrangements or large-scale installations, coordinated in advance.

Cancellations & Plan Changes

Memberships may be canceled at any time with a 30-day written notice.
Changes to your plan (size, frequency, add-ons) must be submitted at least 7 days prior to your next billing cycle.

Subscription Holds (Travel Flexibility)

Bi-Weekly Members may reschedule one delivery within the same month with 14 days’ notice.
Bi-Weekly Members may pause for the full month with 30 days’ notice and a $25 Membership Hold Fee.
Weekly Members may pause with 30 days’ notice and a $35 Membership Hold Fee.

Add-Ons & “The Edit”

“The Edit” (Mini size) is available as an add-on only when two or more arrangements are selected per delivery.

Freshness Guarantee

Arrangements are guaranteed fresh for 5–7 days from delivery.
For best results, follow the care card instructions provided with each arrangement.
House of Biel is not responsible for florals beyond the guaranteed window.

Design Substitutions

Due to seasonality and availability, substitutions may be made using blooms of equal or greater value.
Every arrangement is crafted with your preferences in mind and follows your selected design style.

Photography & Branding Use

House of Biel reserves the right to photograph and share images of delivered arrangements for promotional purposes.
If privacy is required, please notify us in writing.

Refunds & Final Sales

Due to the perishable nature of florals, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If an issue arises, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
